⦁ On August 12th, 2020, YSR CHEYUTHA was launched as part of the “Nava Ratnalu” program to help the poor.

The full name of this scheme is the YSR Cheyutha Scheme, which was launched by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Government of Andhra Pradesh. This scheme has been issued for the minority women of Andhra Pradesh, through which they will be given Rs.75,000/- as pension. This scheme comes under the state government, for which only the residents of Andhra Pradesh can apply. You can apply online for this scheme, for which online applications will be issued soon.

Important intentions of YER Cheyutha scheme

⦁ Women in the age of 45-60 years who belong to the BC, SC, ST, and Minority categories will receive funding of Rs. 75,000/- for a period of 4 years under the scheme. A total of Rs. 18,750/- has been credited to 22.00 lakh beneficiaries as the first installment.

⦁ In order to provide technical and marketing support in the areas of production and marketing, the GoAP has entered into MoUs with Amul, P&G, HUL, ITC, and Reliance in order to support the Hon’ble Chief Minister‘ vision of providing sustainable livelihood and developing business skills among women.

⦁ Companies provide training skills to the beneficiaries based on the companies’ requirements and buy back the products created by the women who choose the manufacturing sector.

⦁ Women who choose to work in the marketing field are offered the option of purchasing selected products at a discounted rate from corporations, which they can then sale in retail for a profit, allowing them to continue their business and better their financial situation.

⦁ In addition to the above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh encourages women to participate in local activities that they are interested in, with MEPMA playing a key role in urban areas in promoting beneficiary activities.

Eligibility Criteria for YSR Cheyutha Scheme 2021

⦁ For this system, women candidates must be between the ages of 45 and 60.

⦁ The village area woman who wants to apply must earn a minimum of Rs.10,000 per year.

⦁ Uren area woman who wants to apply must earn a minimum of Rs.10,000 per year.

⦁ You can only apply if you have a permanent address in Andhra Pradesh.

⦁ Only women are eligible to apply for this program.

⦁ Only women from the SC/ST/BC categories are eligible to apply.

⦁ You cannot apply for this scheme if you own a four-wheeled vehicle.

⦁ You cannot apply for this scheme if you own more than 3 acres of(wet) land. And 10 acres (Dry) lands
